These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the TeamPickr mobile application (the “App”).
By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
TeamPickr (“we”, “us”, “our”) provides a mobile app that allows users to create groups, manage players, create games, and generate football teams.

2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the App.
If you are under 18, you must have permission from a parent or guardian.
3. User accounts
To use certain features, you must create an account.
You agree to:
- Provide accurate information
- Keep your login credentials secure
- Not share your account with others
- Notify us if you believe your account has been compromised
You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account.
4. Organiser responsibilities
Organisers who create groups and add players are responsible for:
- Ensuring they have permission to add player names
- Managing player data responsibly
- Using the App in a lawful and respectful way
TeamPickr does not verify player consent — this responsibility rests with the organiser.
5. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Use the App for unlawful purposes
- Attempt to hack, disrupt, or overload the system
- Upload malicious software
- Impersonate another person
- Use the App to harass or abuse others
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
6. Intellectual property
All content, branding, and software within the App belong to TeamPickr (unless otherwise stated).
You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, or distribute any part of the App without written permission.
7. Team generation disclaimer
TeamPickr generates teams using an automated balancing system based on player ratings.
We do not guarantee:
- Perfect fairness
- Competitive balance
- Injury prevention
- Match outcomes
Team selection remains the responsibility of organisers.
(It's five-a-side, not the Champions League.)
8. Data & privacy
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy.
Please review it to understand how we collect and process data.
9. Account deletion
You may delete your account within the App.
We may retain limited information where legally required.
10. Service availability
We aim to keep the App available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access.
We may update features, modify functionality, suspend access for maintenance, or discontinue parts of the service without prior notice.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TeamPickr is not liable for:
- Indirect or consequential loss
- Loss of data
- Loss of profits
- Personal injury arising from participation in sports activities
- Disputes between players or organisers
Use of the App is at your own risk.
12. Termination
We may suspend or terminate your access if you:
- Breach these Terms
- Use the App unlawfully
- Abuse the system
You may stop using the App at any time.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms from time to time.
If changes are significant, we will notify users within the App.
Continued use of the App means you accept the updated Terms.
14. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
